At “And it Has”, we believe that privacy is fundamental to a healthy app use. That’s why we strive to collect only what we need to improve “safer-eating” for everyone.

• we store your personal data only on your phone and not in the cloud.

• we never grab any of your personal data from your phone.

While you use our app, we collect anonymous information about:

• which allergens are significant in a geographical area;

• which non-meat preferences are significant in a geographical area;

• any errors or crash logs, together with the user actions leading up to a particular error or crash.

We share this information with food businesses in the area so they might improve their menus for people like you… but no one will ever know that this data is connected to you.

To use “And it Has” you don’t enter any personal data, not your name, email, phone number or address. You can name profiles, but this information stays on your phone.

For your convenience, the app remembers recent meals you’ve looked at, but again this information stays on your phone.

We ask if you want to share your location. By doing so you get to automatically see businesses nearby. If you don’t share your location, you can use the app to scan “And it Has” QR codes in the businesses you visit.

Finally, we think it’s worth mentioning, we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
